Kernels of Culture: Maize Around the World at the Sachs Museum, Missouri Botanical Garden

Our research was featured in the Sachs Museum at the Missouri Botanical Garden (2024-2025) in an exhibit dedicated to corn. Katie designed and installed a cabinet describing maize phenotyping, and worked with the museum curator, musical artists Opera Bell Band, and fiber artist Megan Singleton to describe the importance of maize genetics to our lives.
